Positives: The atmosphere just beautiful hotel period the breakfast buffet and the cocktail hour was also very very good. But you have a very welcoming, friendly staff that was immediate to take care of anything we needed and we appreciated them very much.

Positives: The breakfast was great.
Negatives: We rented 2 rooms. The room that our children stayed in was fine. The other room was originally fine but eventually turned into the beginning of a nightmare. First we got locked out of it and every time they gave my husband a new card, it wouldn’t work. A maintenance man had to come to the room, lay on the floor, slide a broken hanger under the door to jimmy the lock open. We had to gather our belongings to go to another room. The toilet was stopped up in that room so my husband had to call the service desk again to as for someone to come and fix it. They explained to him that the maintenance man was gone for the evening, so they’d have to give us another room. My husband complained about the inconvenience this whole night had been for us, so they told him to ask for the manager when we checkout the next morning. Of course when we checked out the next morning and asked for the manager, they apologized and we were told that they couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through a third party. We’d have to contact booking.com and tell them so that they could get a partial refund from the hotel and then give it to us. I went on the app and checked emails trying to figure out a way contact booking.com multiple times, with no success in finding a email address or phone number to actually communicate our concerns to someone. . So I gave up. It was such a horrible experience with the hotel and then not being able to speak with booking…it made me not ever want to use booking.com anymore. Those rooms were not cheap and we were not able to relax and enjoy our room until it was time to go to sleep that night. I’m glad that our daughter’s room was fine and our youngest daughter got to enjoy celebrating her 13th Birthday with her best friends in their room. But the inconvenience of being locked out of our room for hours and changing rooms multiple times took up our whole evening. So that huge inconvenience overshadowed the whole experience.

Positives: Unique layout, and breakfast was great. Staff was very nice and gave great customer service
Negatives: Pool wasn’t working, which was very disappointing as I have 2 kids. I only book hotels with pools for this reason. We traveled for an event for my son and the pool not working ruined our plans which caused us to spend more money to find something else to do other than sit in the room.
