The atmosphere just beautiful hotel period the breakfast buffet and the cocktail hour was also very very good. But you have a very welcoming, friendly staff that was immediate to take care of anything we needed and we appreciated them very much.

The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. I LOVE the text option instead of calling for things.

The beds were rock solid hard. I don't think I've ever woke up with a back that sore before. Also the Hot Tub is no longer there. That was a HUGE disappointment. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Th location is ideal yo pretty much everything In Schaumburg which was cool ! The breakfast is excellent!!!

The couches in the rooms are all worn, torn, discolored by stains and need to be replaced immediately!!! The had to switch rooms twice for that reason and all of them were in bad shape even the room I ended w staying in .

I did not get the Deluxe King Room that I booked. When I did get to the room, it had been flooded by a overflowing toilet. They moved me to a room that the coffee maker was not working and the hotel did not have any hot water in my room.

Rooms are very outdated! mold around the windows which is disgusting old dirty furniture not the room I pick in the picture false advertising! free breakfast was horrible greasy and undercooked. Staff was extremely rude during check in. It was horrible!

The room is spacious and comfortable and I loved being able to open the window when it got a little stuffy (the boyfriend had the heat up to 80).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Very family-friendly with the two-room suite layout. Enjoyed the breakfast, including the made to order omelet station.
