Hotel employee was creepy and kept banging on my hotel door while I was in the shower. He was very rude and disgusting behavior

Everything was broken, couldn't get an extra single pillow, no Ice machine, counter was duct taped on as well as the air conditioner, shower head was broke, no small amenities in the room like, tea, coffee, cups, or napkins. This place was pretty bad.

After I checked in I was given the wrong room key and then it was the wrong room. it took over 45 minutes just to get it straightened out and for me to get settled in.
