Staff didn’t have any information about what to do in Schaumburg. They had no idea how their TV worked which was the worst TV set up we’ve ever had. No waffles fit morning breakfast which everyone was looking forward to.

We could not get the bathroom door to close at all. We asked to have it repaired but it still didn’t work. The towels were very thin, the shelf in the bathroom was falling off and there was no hand soap.
