Staff allowed multiple groups of dance clubs to run up and down the hall, screaming and yelling the entire night literally were being woke up every half hour by yelling and screaming and running up and down halls, it didn’t end until around 4 AM when we were getting ready to leave to have another long day of travel. We called the front desk numerous times and nothing seemed to be done throughout the entire night.

the bathroom was hard to get into, I requested a handicapped shower chair and there wasn't one in my room as requested. The fire alarm went off when we were there and didn't go off in our room. I am disabled and I couldn't get downstairs on my scooter because of the stairs and the elevators weren't working. Also when we checked in she told us their would be a 25.00 charge for incidentals and I saw I was over charged 75.00 and went and asked the front desk and she said that its per day. I told her that was not told to us that it's a daily charge.

Our stay was short but...
Positives:
Hotel staff was S tier, like however much you pay your staff, it isn't enough. I don't remember their names, I wish I would have because they were all so nice I wish I could shout them out here. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy. Rooms are very nice overall and have a great layout.
Negatives:
Most of my issues center around technical things. There was no ethernet, which is a shame as I have a work VPN that requires it for security reasons. The WiFi isn't super secure, just an open net without a password and the Ethernet usually gets me around needing to care about that. Also I was annoyed that the TV didn't have an Input button, in fact, the way it's all wired up makes it seem like you guys didn't want people plugging their phone into the TV to watch some YouTube. Very sad to miss out on that. Would have been a 10/10 stay with those 2 things.
