Room was right over the pool pump and filter equipment. It was turned up to high speed (high volume) after a rain storm and was running loud all night so we did not get any sleep. Asked the staff to turn it down and was told all the maintenance staff was gone.

If I had to pick something it would be to have a smaller basketball hoop for kids on the outside court. I also was a little disappointed that we couldn't get coffee after breakfast hours.

Comfortable spacious apartment. Functional kitchen with enough equipment to self cater. Comfortable beds. Grocery stores and public transport within reasonable walking distances. Pleasant helpful staff.
Negatives:
A lot of wasteful packaging associated with breakfast items and use of disposable plates and cutlery. More healthy items could have been offered for breakfast (although we still enjoyed what we ate).
