Nothing. We liked nothing about it!

The room was not clean . Cabinets had not been wiped. Trash was in some drawers. I left it there. Found a roll of nickels. I took that. There was no extra toilet paper and we ran out. No Kleenex, dirty upholstery on couch, floor was sticky, counter had not been wiped, bathroom door handle fell off four times so we left it off. I wanted a wake up call. The phone did not work. Desk person seemed uninterested when I told her the above mentioned things. It was disgusting ! Sheets were nubby and not comfortable. Bed was too soft. We were told breakfast was at such a time. It was only coffee. That is not breakfast.

The location of the property was good for us! We were attending a concert at the North Shore Center.
Negatives:
Attention to details. The hotel lobby looked as if the carpet had not been vacuumed in days. Same could be said for the elevator. In addition the toilet seat was visibly filthy. Not good and unsanitary.

The facility was being used for illegals in our country! The amount of men standing by the entrance smoking and on their phones, inside a free for all of little kids running around. The placed smelled bad and was dirty!

The room was as spacious as a small apartment.
Negatives:
The hotel is in urgent need of renovation and has an unpleasant smell. It appears that the premises have not been cleaned for some time. The advertised breakfast was not as expected, and on some occasions, there was no coffee available. The lobby was not properly attended to, and the young woman at the front desk seemed indifferent to our concerns.

Positives:
The staff was very pleasant & helpful, and the location was near where I needed to be.
Negatives:
Kitchen contained frig, sink & stove & 2 ice cube trays, no utensils etc. , nor chairs to sit at the table to eat.
Floor was NOT clean - a pair of white socks I wore only in the room were totally black on the bottom the next day (the lady at the front desk was horrified)
