Positives: I Always stay at the even when I'm in Tinley, well used to be very accommodating, until Abby was at the front desk, now I won't return until you go back to HOSTING GUESTS and accommodations are presented, Abby is not nice, welcoming or even truthful

Negatives: Abby kept me out of the hotel until after2 pm, I've NEVER been turned down at an early check in, ESPECIALLY when I offer money, or if I can't access it, the least you all would do is cancel my booking for free, NOT ABBY n that's why I won't book w y'all again it's too many options in that area, she held my money n room hostage, NEVER AGAIN

Positives: We stay there several times a year & this was one of best visits yet. Staff, location, complimentary fresh brewed Starbucks nice & early, weight room & gym equipment and workout. Restaurant for breakfast was great & front desk gave me a complimentary $15 gift certificate to use in the restaurant which was much appreciated.

Negatives: Parking lot. Elevator. Refresh bathrooms.

Positives: Breakfast was the best part and the bed comfort. The room was decently designed.

Negatives: The hotel stated no smoking but Marijuana smoked came through the vents and was in the hall way, smelled into our room and cause my 2 month old grandbaby to get sick!! Heavy Loyd smells!! From 11p to 2a..adults ruining through the hallways talking loudly, and screaming while playing in the halls. Terrible experience.
