Location was adequate. Did not eat in the restuarant.
Negatives:
Rooms were dated. Bathroom walls were beat up a little. Vinyl floor was sticky. Exercise pole was not needed. Refrigerator was inadequate too small and not very cold. No microwave to warm up leftovers. Families with children would not be happy. Try to make people eat in your restuarant by not having basic needs in the room. Plenty of more reasonable choices around town to dine.

The bathroom shower could use some grout scrubbing and edge cleaning. They charged for everything, had to pay for my morning coffees.

Lovely and would stay there...
Positives:
Nice hotel with scary elevator. It has been renovated so the rooms are good. No free breakfast but the one at the hotel offers a nice breakfast for relatively low cost (Toast, Coffee and Juice) for approx. $8.50 + tip.
Negatives:
The only thing not so good is the elevator, which was old and gave off strange noises.
