Staff member wouldn’t make my wife a key even with email confirmation and debit card that booked the room. Once I was done with my days activities I came into the hotel and I got a key made with no id or any kind of identification. My wife and daughter were stuck with family that was exhausted from there own day and travels until I could get back to the hotel to make another key for her.
