Never could find the front desk person when you needed them after you checked in. The entire place reeked of marijuana. The room smelled musty moldy. The towels were disgusting they weren't White they look like they hadn't been washed in 6 months. And the bathtub was filthy and gross I wouldn't even shower in it.

Positives:
Location just off I-55. Next to a busy gas station. Room was spacious and kept clean. Hygienic lack of carpet, just vinyl floors in room. AC worked well. Plumbing was good. Table, refrigerator and microwave were useful. Wifi worked OK. Small parking lot next to motel. Coffee provided in hallway in the morning.
Negatives:
It’s a good value motel, but nothing fancy. Corridors have a brown carpet and look shabby. Hotel manager sits behind glass at the entry, like
he has to act as gatekeeper for whoever comes in and out. Neighborhood is very commercial with other Motels and gas stations, slot shacks, and there are parking lots for truckers behind the hotel. So it’s not scenic. Just a good place to rest for the night and hit the road in the morning.

Having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I felt that the bathroom in my room could use some renovation. The toilet was loose from the floor and the tub needed some work as well.
