It was so dirty in the pet rooms that we didn't even stay. We left and found another hotel. We were given 2 different rooms, both had bugs, hair, dust, dirt, damp sheets, and one room had pubic hair on the bed. Our socks were black from how dirty the floors were. We had a pet with us, and he had cobwebs and dead bugs on him from sniffing under the sink. We didn't feel comfortable sleeping there at all and left even though we knew the room was non-refundable.

Positives:
The staff was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in until we left. Gabrielle was the housekeeper for us, and he did a great job tending to our room and asked if we had any needs. When we asked for more cups and trash bags he returned right away with both. We were in and out a lot due to our schedule, and we were greeted every time with a "hello" or "enjoy your day" type of comments from the front desk.
We did spend a little time in the pool. The temp was nice, the area was clean but they do need a couple of tables in there and more chairs. There was no place to put our towels, room key, phones, only the floor if we sat in the chair,etc.
Our toilet wasn't flushing right, so the manager came to our room and "roto rootered" it. It still didn't flush right, but he tried. Room 228 still needs a new flusher installed. The toilet would flush itself 4-5 times per one push on the handle. It became comical to us. Eventually, it would stop.
The towels seemed fluffy and new, that is important to me.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not what I expected. It was sparse, it seem there wasn't enough food put out for everyone staying there. A few muffins, a few slices of bread to make toast, coffee was running very low, no liquid creamer for coffee, only powdered or a gallon of whole milk in the fridge meant for cereal, the only fruit was green bananas, NO hard boiled eggs, no real protein. There is a lot of room for improvement in the breakfast food choices.
The ice machine didn't give much ice at all. It was a bit slushy. It seemed the machine wasn't working properly.
Also, we had a room with a King bed, 2 people and the bed had 3 pillows, hmmmm, it was odd. I recommend 4 pillows on a King bed, it looks better as well since it will cover the entire bed from side to side instead of looking half empty.
