Bedding was dirty/soiled. Bugs in the bathroom area. Pool water was murky green, so we didn't let the kids swim.

Pets can stay for free and they didn't jam pack a bunch of extra furniture in the room. It was strategically located right next to a cracker barrel.

The parking lot was a bit full. But I still got a decent spot

The front desk staff was friendly upon entering the hotel. They smiled and greeted me properly. I was very impressed with the customer service. I actually meet two different front desk staff.
Negatives:
The room was not clean at all. Very dirty. Ants on the floor. The phone had greasy spots on it. You can literally see the dust on the table and throughout the room. They had me look at another room, and it was the same. It didn't smell fresh at all. Due to allergies and sensitive skin, we couldn't stay there. They need to remodel. I left with my family and got a refund. I didn't take pictures, so I was not able to share pictures.
