I liked the location, breakfast, and friendly staff, but they were not empathetic that I paid for a room but the shower did not work and the sink drain broken....
I paid for just a bed that was not clean and had other people hair on sheets and pillows
Negatives:
Non empathetic staff that I paid for a room with a shower that did not work and the sink drain broken with no offer for discount or a different upgrade
Also I asked for 1st floor with some disability issues as the elevator was broken and staff did not offer to help me upstairs
Also door was broken so every time I needed in and out I had to ask staff
And this is in caseyville Illinois and not Troy Illinois

Bathroom wasn't clean. Finding the entry road was difficult. Breakfast was minimal.

The double dose of complimentary soap, shampoo, & conditioner was a plus! The breakfast waffles were pretty good.
Negatives:
Having to go back downstairs to retrieve ice was very inconvenient. What happens if the only ice maker quits working? For the price, there should definitely be some powdered, scrambled eggs & cheap sausage included as choices for breakfast.
