The hotel is near family and relatively quite. Rooms are clean, but a little outdated.
Negatives:
They started charging for parking ($5 per night). The hotel must be pumping air freshener through the vents, because it smells odd. The odor is overwhelming. The lot is poorly lit. I won't go back because of these reasons.

The staff was very welcoming on Check in and during Check Out. Service with a smile is becoming rare now days so I appreciated this.
Negatives:
The wall plug was too far from the television to use my Firestick to watch a movie. We settled on basic television, however I would have appreciated access to watch the Firstick. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Tv did not work. Called desk twice first employee said she did not know what to do. Second employee said he would come up never did. He did not answer phone when I called back. People live at this place it was loud. It was bad. I have never stayed at a hotel where I felt I was I. The room next door. I called booking.com no one called me back yet

The room layout and kitchen were very nice. It was great to have amenities such as a full size stove, dishes and a dishwasher. Even a garbage disposal. Well thought out!

The room was very dirty. There was visible dirt on the walls, lamps, curtains. Not just dirty smudges, there was a build-up of dust on everything. The AC was also very dirty and gave me a headache. Dishwasher had food in it from a previous use. The exterior lighting was way too bright and even with the curtains closed the room was bright and it interrupted sleep.
