Negatives: Service owner was a sorry . Trying to over charge me for there mistake.

Negatives: Staff was hardly present. Free breakfast was pitiful and coffee machine only spat out water. Mirrors in room were filthy, nightstands and lamps dusty. Decor severely dated, pillows were old and smooshed, room had a weird smell.

Negatives: Room smelled a little damp when we first arrived.

Negatives: Breakfast was ok, more choices would be great. Check in was a little slow but she was working by herself and had to answer the phone.

Negatives: the staff were awful, the family that owns the hotel also lives there and their customer service was awful. I accidentally booked a 1 bed room and paid to upgrade once we arrived, well the man made me pay knowing he didnt have a 2 bed room available but refused to refund my money for the upgrade and instead brought an old yucky closet bed in the room for us it was so gross no one would sleep on it, the family that owns the hotel is very unprofessional and ready to scam you as soon as you walk through the doors, they even tried to keep my 100$ deposit over a stain on the carpet THAT WAS ALREADY THERE! I will never stay here again and you shouldnt either.

Negatives: Old, run down, musty, off odor, pet smells. Staff person at check in was great. But rest of stay non-existent and less than helpful. Breakfast was poor and not available Saturday morning even after asking. Will stay further out next trip to avoid staying here.

Negatives: Breakfast is the reason I did not rate everything as good. Very poor choice and nearly nothing put out. Also no soap in the bathroom- but that was taken care of. Otherwise we have stayed here before and always been comfortable.

Negatives: The area was bad for homeless and drug addicts out in the parking lot, eating from dumpster and bothering guests for money and prostitution. The hotel hallways and stairways smelled of smoke and were not that clean and hot. The room wasnt clean, we had to wash the shower ourselves as it was covered in pubic hair. The cups for coffee were located on the nightstand underneath and therefore were covered in public hair as well, so we werent able to use them. The key cards kept disworking daily so we constantly had to go to front desk to renew them for the week.

Negatives: the room was ok. there were cobwebs in the corner and all over the floor lamp bed was clean and bathroom was clean. the whole room needs to be cleaned in my opinion
