Motel 6-Waukegan IL

Negatives: The cockroaches!!!! Also, we didn't feel safe. The outside keycard locks were broken. The front desk gave someone else cards for our room by mistake. Luckily, we were in our room when the other person tried to enter. The smell in the hallway was strong and not pleasant. Our room reaked of pot when we got there. We had to get extra strength febreeze and spray frequently so we couldn't smell the pot smell!! We were also looking forward to using the pool and found that it had been filled in with cement!! Staff wasn't very responsive or reliable.

Negatives: No wifi basic channels for tv no clean linens or trash take out

Negatives: They have roaches

Negatives: Dirty, bugs, hard bed, no elevator (disabled and put on 2nd floor)

Negatives: I just said it above.

Negatives: Sounds from neighboring rooms.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Window was unlocked 2 days before I noticed. No iron or iron board in room Towels and sheets were stained and rough.

Negatives: They advised they had a spa .. pool was cemented in, so no pool or sauna. The rooms were disgustingly gross. Smelled like someone was just sitting in the room with a cigarette lit. The kids room had cigarette burns all over the bed and that room was gross too. I demanded my money back which they said they would refund. It’s been over a week and still no refund.

Negatives: No water pressure in the shower. A lot of criminal activity. The tv was mounted at an upward angle and hard to view. Roaches!!!!
