Negatives: Maybe needs to be updated some

Negatives: Came from military graduation. The Navy discount code on their site but unable to use through Booking.com. Try to call hotel to book through then to get the discount but the phone just rang and rang ; no one ever picked up . I called multiple times on different days and at various times. There were other hotels in the area with better rates.

Negatives: The handicap shower not preferred in room didn't feel clean.

Negatives: The couch was not very comfortable.

Negatives: The property was older

Negatives: The room key was intermittent in allowing access to the room. Worked fine for access to the common areas, but it didn't seem to like the card reader on the room door most of the time.

Negatives: The bedding was strange...a padded duvet type thing in between 2 top sheets. Would rather have a blanket and sheet. Also saw an older man walking around in his undies...in the hallway. I'm glad it was me, and not my girls who saw that.

Negatives: Bathroom cleanliness was not good, did you ever hear of a toothbrush to clean the edges of floor in the bathroom. Mopping just pushes dirt to the edges. Hotel could use a major makeover. Red tape over hole in carpet.

Negatives: There were small bugs crawling on the door and inside the room by the front door. I couldn’t get the deadbolt to unlock. The bed was hard. And smaller than expected.

Negatives: The room was horribly dirty, stains on the carpet as soon as you walked in, that looked like they were never attempted to be clean. I mean a huge black splatter not a simple small coffee or drink spill. Our white socks turned brown after only a few minutes of trying to relax with our shoes off. Chairs had torn and worn leather that looked like they were from a garage sale or had been in a warehouse for years. The chairs did not present well in our photos. Cabinets had actual food spill on them and grime that litterally got on your hands. The dishwasher is loose and not fully connected to the cabinet frame making it hard to turn on. The refrigerator had so many dents it looked like someone shot at it with a pellet gun. The couch was horrible and sunken in and the pull out bed in the couch was like sleeping on a bunch of springs. Getting extra towels seemed to be a big deal where I had to go down and get them and return the used ones at the same time. We were in a filthy pet room when we did not have any pets with us. Key cards did not always work to get in from the outside and a worker let us in and said he was going to fix it, which he did. Coffee was not always available in the lobby nor was the cream, we had to keep asking. The photos online did not reflect the room appearance and quality. Totally false advertising. If you do not have pets make sure you ask for a room that is not a pet room. We would have loved to bring our fur babies but boarded them instead.

Negatives: The room wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't bad. There was a couple things left behind by previous guests and the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned (hair on the walls). No huge issues though! Also, the road noise on the back side is pretty bad.... Would have changed rooms if it wasn't sold out.
