The noise of the AC, even if I turned it off, there was still noise. I had to close the door of the Toilets due to the noise coming from there. It was not possible to open the window of the bedroom. The location is very far away from the city, and the price does not adjust to the quality/location.

I couldn’t like anything at all because there was an error in your system that caused me not to be able to receive my room. I haven’t received a refund and the policies your company have seem outrageous when the front desk receptionist was on the phone with customer service agents and they couldn’t just simply refund my money for the room that I DID NOT RECEIVE

I wouldn’t know because I didn’t get passed the front desk lady who was very cooperative but also couldn’t do anything because the error was not in her control.
