The location was really nice, not too far from big city but plenty of places to see around

There were mice outside of the hotel building next to the walls, along with rats, there was pink hair dye stained to the bathroom tub, a pink hair along with dye stuck to the door. I had a cockroach in the bathroom. Never got clean sheets, they weren’t clean to begin with I pulled off a stained sheet with fluid marks on them to then see hair in the next two sheets, on the flat sheet and the folded, the room was not swept. We ran out of toilet paper never got any delivered to our room. We asked and even put a sign on our door for room service. Never came. I personally cleaned the hot-tub before getting in it because there were hairs.

Good value for money. Location fairly convenient to air, road and rail transport and for visiting Chicago city and suburbs. Hourly trains to Chicago from Clarendon Hills about 1.2 miles from the property. Suite had more than enough space. Daily breakfast not fancy but ample, consistent and pretty good quality,
Negatives:
Pool seemed not to be in use when I was there. Apart from East Asian mall across the road, there were few options for food & drink etc. within a mile of the property. Breakfast would have benefitted from some fresh fruit, but I realise this would be hard to provide on a regular basis. Laundry soap for purchase to use in the guest laundry would also have been a plus.
