I traveled for a business trip and had prepaid for stay prior to my arrival. It was very dirty on arrival. Old food stuck to the walls in the hotel room. I asked front desk staff for a new room. The second room was worse . Mold in the bathrooms and the sliding door was so dirty/Cloudy you couldn’t see in or out. I asked about housekeeping and they said they did not have a housekeeper at that time. I had to go to Walmart buy cleaning supplies and sheets just so I could be a little bit comfortable. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES. Rooms are dirty and staff were very RUDE! When I asked to speak with the Manager about cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk staff appeared to be very nonchalant about the issues. Also
Be AWARE the same lady who does Housekeeping and laundry during the day is also the one who cooks the breakfast. (Yes ,In the Same Clothes). (Huge infection Control issue). Due to the manager/Owner never being available and the staff lack of urgency I will be calling the better business bureau to report Unsanitary Conditions.

Breakfast buffet was good. It got a bit crowded and the people didn't clean up after themselves, so the dining area was pretty dirty. But was cleaned up afterward.
