Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Lots of broken items in the room. The walls were all beat up, ceiling falling down in the bathroom, dents in all appliances, dead bolt handle inside the door broken off, etc….. This place has not been kept up at all.

It was a very convenient location for getting downtown Chicago for the marathon. I loved the price.

Since it was a hotel that people lived in, it was a little noisy very late at night. I felt a little less safe than being at a larger hotel with a dedicated front desk.

1st of all no front desk after 10pm,
the hallway on the 1st and 2nd floors with nasty with stain. (Stains all in the carpets)
The exit hallway haven’t been mopped in a while stain, spills, and trash all over.
The room 250 toilet seat is to small!
The water in the sick is nonexistent runs very slow!
I sat to check rooms 150, it was even worst!
Absolutely terrible hotel!
Side note I am sure they have a bug problem!
