The property was closed down when I arrived on September 29, 2024 and I didn't receive any notice. I have to pay higher price on a walk-in price for the other property. I am not very happy on this. I hope Booking.com will compensate the different.

Arrived at Hotel. No signage, empty car park, quiet and dark. Security chap walked over and asked if we had reservation. Yes. Sorry sir, Hotel closed fours days ago. No notification, no communication, just standard Booking.Com e-mail two days prior confirming our stay. Beyond a joke. Sign in window said 'Closed for re-modelling'. It was late when we arrived, forced to find other accommodation. Booked another Hotel and left. Another example of abysmal customer service by Ramada Hotels and how poor Booking.Com can be.

There are 2 things I didn't like about my stay first one the head shower was all rusted, that was disgusting, second one in the booking app it says that the rooms are sound proof, that's not true I was accommodated in one of the closes rooms to the street and as soon as the traffic started in the morning around 4:30 it was impossible to sleep and the noise was just normal noise from the tires on the road, so if you are planning to rest and wake up a bit later ask for a room away from the street.

The entire hotel was dirty. The hallways, stairs, and the rooms. The outer security door sometimes did not latch and if it did you could not get in even with your key because the reader on the door did not work.
