I really love this hotel . The hotel was very neat clean and peaceful . The staff were friendly. They offer breakfast in the morning which has a lot of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is also a great place.

My check in staff Teaka, was excellent. She was informative and very helpful. She had a nice personality and smile. i liked how clean my room was when I entered my room. I liked how nice and clean the gym was.
Negatives:
I didn't like the attitude of my checkout clerk Jessica, I had missed my cleaning day and when asked if I could get a makeup date her answer was just NO., you missed it. Also, I asked if I could get 30 extra min. at checkout to wait for my Uber, her answer again was no. she said she has too many asking for extensions, an couldn't do it not even for 30 mins. I also didn't like the breakfast.
