Negatives:
No meat at breakfast. Room seemed unfinished and pa.tched. Shower updated with wrong handle . we've stayed in many LaQuintas and this was disappointing.

Staff was rude, charged me an extra $25 to check in an hour early, room had no refrigerator or microwave, smelled bad, beds were not comfortable, the pillows were Lumpy and flat,check out was 12pm the next day and cleaning lady just barged in. Horrible!!

Great hotel for the price. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. This is located directly off of I-55 but the rooms are very quiet. I travel and stay in hotels for work roughly 50 weeks a year and this is one of my favorites for the money.

Too loud, kid running all night. Loud heating system thumping all night. I could not get any sleep

I dont like anything the staff is rude and the air conditioning is horrible makes a lot of noise and the staff is not meant for the hotel business and house keepers dont speak English so when I ask for towels they dont know and they never keep towels

Hotel never have towels and they dont allow the rooms to be change if I rebook they give me a hard time and the guy up front is rude he dont know how to be nice courtesy and understanding is not working for him he needs to find another profession

Yes when I made my reservation it stated that the hotel was pet friendly. When we checked in they said they changed their policy they wanted 75.00 a night dog deposit. We asked for our money back so we could go to another pet friendly hotel, Both said no
