nothing but the location of the hotel
Negatives:
I was welcomed into the La Quinta with smiles and lies. Upon arriving I requested a extra key. I was told there were none available only to look over the counter to see plethora of cards resting on the desk. ignoring the lack of hospitality I confirmed a late checkout of 3pm. When I made it to my room one of the main amenities (the TV) was not working. My complaint fell on deaf ears , for there was no other TV or room to replace the one that was not working, or any for of compensation discussed. The icing on the cake from this terrible stay is being called and woken up at 11am to leave after confirming and paying for a late check out. Disrupting the rest of my significant other which I cannot forgive. One set of towels for room.
