The property was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and even a Target.
Negatives:
I reserved 2 King rooms and one had an awful smell of mildew along upon entering the room. The benefits of the bathroom were limited to a working light switch and running water. Upon entering the bathroom, there were black spots along the bathroom wall that are pictured. Additionally, the paint and gloss in the bathroom was peeling. There was a brown bath mat placed in the tub to cover up the peeling, but even that was dirty and tearing at the edges.
Lastly, my stay was for Friday-Sunday. On Saturday afternoon, I went to the front desk to request housekeeping for both rooms because we had not received any. They informed me that due to scheduling, housekeeping could not come until Sunday morning. I told them we were checking out on Sunday morning. I was greeted with a blank stare and told if I needed fresh towels then I could just grab them from the front desk now.
Do yourself a favor and book with the hotel two parking lots over. Better experience guaranteed.

The location was horrible, extremely dirty & smelly. Parking lot was very dark. I called booking.com because I was looking for help/a refund to rent another location, but it was not very helpful. Very unsatisfied with the hotel and with booking.com

Let me start by saying my husband and I are NOT picky about hotels. We stay in cheap ones all the time and have NEVER had a real issue. Our room had a horrendous smell, and there was a little machine sitting in the desk (we googled it; it was for removing smell from porous surfaces). I went to the front desk immediately to ask for a room change, and they denied me and brushed me off. Right after this, housekeeping entered without knocking to retrieve the little machine. We went to the concert we came for, and hoped that the smell would be aired out when we returned. It did not. In retrospect, I should’ve demanded a refund in the first five minutes, but we were traveling with friends and they drove so I didn’t want to make a fuss. Long story short, the smell was so bad we couldn’t sleep, and we left the hotel at midnight and paid for another room in a different hotel across the street. I wish I could explain how bad this smell was or what it could have been, but I’ve never experienced anything like it. The more I reflect on the experience, the more annoyed I am that the staff didn’t even care or try to help. The man I spoke to when I requested a new room was irritated and not wanting to deal with me at all.
