Positives:
We only paid $50 for the night, with a total (taxes/fees) of around $60. Our own room was clean enough. The staff who checked us in was very friendly, professional, and pleasant. The person who checked us out was nice, too.
Negatives:
Our room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The hallways smelled really bad, and the carpet was so dirty, that there were "dirt tracks" from all of the foot traffic through the years.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. I like that the doors were secure at each point of entry.
Negatives:
Hotel policy you have to bring down your towels and exchange them for clean ones. You also have to check out an iron at the front desk. They also don’t carry change for the washer and dryer they have on property. They had the windows on the second floor open and the hallways were extremely hot and humid.
