If I had known the pool was closed and the fitness room were closed for renovation I would've booked another hotel. My family has stayed here a few times for an event that goes on each year; we drive 12 hours to come out here and we expect the same level of excellence that we always get. If we wanted a 1 star experience we could've found a much cheaper place and saved some money. The guests that were staying there were making such a commotion all night that we actually checked out a day early. I told the gentleman at the front desk but I don't know if he acknowledged it.
