Positives: The front desk staff was awesome. I called in the morning to get an early check in, he remembered my name when I arrived. Super friendly, great service.
Negatives: The breakfast was good. I think a lot of people were in town for a concert, so it was a late night and a few people came to the breakfast area right before it ended at 9:30, there were 2 people waiting in line to make waffles. The workers removed the batter right at 9:30 without even asking the other people if they wanted to take some of it before the put it away. It probably would have delayed them clearing the breakfast items by 5 minutes maybe. Those workers didn't seem to be very customer service focused at all. The room did have a weird smell, so we just sprayed room spray. I'm guessing the carpet could probably use a cleaning
