The hotel itself and staff was nice.

I got to the hotel with my reference number showing where it had been booked in July then the dates were changed 1 time as allowed by the hotel. I got a reference email showing all this. The hotel said booking. com never told them of the date changed and I was billed and pay for the date in July which I never showed up for and I didn't have a reservation for that night. So I had to pay again for a hotel room

Breakfast was good. One day some items on breakfast bar were not timely re-filled.
Negatives:
Lighting in room was dim. Could benefit from 1 overhead light. Door was hard to open. Told by maid that doors will be replaced soon. That will be improvement. Stayed here several times in past and had problems with door and lock each time.
