The room was quiet and as expected. Location was a short drive to downtown Columbus and has plenty of parking. Breakfast was fine for the cost(free).
Negatives:
Some parts of the room were a little worn and not 100% clean. The beds were also a little lumpy in spots(not completely flat).

The check in process.The women tried not giving us our room we booked and argued with Mr when I told her and showed her my email. Then after leaving the hotel my bank about was debited close to 500 dollars. I am still waiting for that to be corrected.

Pets were allowed for free. It was fairly clean. The morning staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The girl that check us in was terrible. The most I got out of conversation was sign here. She then proceeded to go outside and look on her phone again and smoke cigarettes. The thermostat in the room did not work at all. Was a very uncomfortable night.

Got in the room and the drain In The bathroom sink would not come up. I had to fix it so it would drain water. Took 5 min. The drain stem was on the wrong notch

Not much other than location to our activities for the day.
Negatives:
There were five couples waiting to check in. Two people at front desk. Only one of them were checking people in. It could have been shift change I dont know. As an employee I would be embarrassed not helping when people were waiting and not assisting them!
Our bathroom was disgusting! There was mold on the shower head and around the tile on the bathtub. The toilet was not cleaned good either.
