Negatives: Pool was dirty. Lots of large dirt/particles on the bottom. Pool ladder was broken. Pool was extremely cold. Hot tub/Spa was also broken and out of commission. Room was okay. The bathroom had a leaking tub faucet. Toilet seat slightly broken.
