Hotel was empty and I asked for a late check out. They do not offer this unless you are a member . They could have easily said no problem as there was only one car in the parking lot.

General cleaning and maintenance could have been better. Box spring cover had stains on it. The tile in the bathroom had little to no grout between tiles. With the lack of grout it fills with dirt. The coffee creamer tray in the breakfast bar was so dirty that the creamers stuck to the bottom of the tray, along with covers from creamers. Theses are easy solutions to fix, to help your reviews.

Whole place smelled like onions as soon as you passed the front desk. Our room had mold mildew and obvious water damage. The appliances were rusting including the radio/alarm on the night stand. Carpet was tacky and sticky. Ceiling had a huge area that looked like it would fall through at any moment. The room smelled like cat pee and made every we had in the room smell the same. The curtains were ripped and dingy. Would never stay here again! Steer clear!!
