Breakfast was good. Front staff was nice.

Made reservation through Booking and it stated “booking was directly with Hotel and payment would be made on arrival”. Other parties at hotel upon arrival advised they were there for funeral and given discount rate of $99 per night. I inquired and they refused because I used Booking. The price on Booking and hotel website were the same before discount. I was denied a $100 discount which two other rooms received. They agreed the site said the above but indicated they would change that with Booking. Also, shampoo was out in shower container, front desk put new container in room but you needed a special key to replace on wall. Room smelled unusually musty each time you entered.
