Easy access from the highway. Public areas were inviting and warm. We were genuinely welcomed and appreciated by the Front Desk lady. 2 elevators - no waiting! Nice amount of green space around the facility. Breakfast was as expected per advertised.
Negatives:
The microwave had a slightly unusual aroma inside. The bathroom fan "seemed" a bit passive; not sure if it was operating as normal. Bummed that the 'gluten-free options" were unavailable due to truck not stopping that day.

Unfortunately, we stayed in the room that is attached to the side entrance and hallway. The door slammed all night long which would shake our entire room. The stairs going up were directly above our bed. Extremely loud all night. Hated our stay here.

The prices for a pet have changed and that is not specified on Booking.com app nor on the Best Western website. The receptionist even told me that the price change was not publicized but they had the price behind the counter. When I asked to see the document she wouldnt let me see it. Booking.com says the pet fee is $30 per night. The hotel told me its $40 per night for dogs 35lbs and under. Its $80 per night for dogs over 35lbs. We have stayed their multiple times before and no one has ever shared that information. I feel this was just a way to get over as I saw no documentation to support what they were saying.
I also had to ask for a room change because I reserved a king room with a sofa bed. They tried to give me a king room with a chair. Lastly the bathroom had no access to use the shower. There was no lever to transfer the water from the faucet head to the shower head to turn the shower on.

They booked me a room with 1 king bed. I had to have 2 beds, they refused to update. So I had to get a room at a different hotel. Paid for this room and it was never used. Wasted $---that I can't afford to lose
