Everything was fine I wish I was able to have breakfast but slept passed the time

Staff was very short handed, I was not told until after we came back from our outing and I had ne new linen or towels. I had to go to the front desk myself and get new towels. I also, couldn't use the phone in my room to call front desk because it didn't work.

I really appreciated how caring the front desk staff was. Alani was very busy when I came in and she made sure to check on me, even though she was busy with other customers. She was very professional and made sure everyone that she helped felt taken care of!

The staff was super friendly the pool was well kept and clean. The room was also well kept in good condition.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty you couldn't see it but I seemed to always have dirt or hair on my feet when I got into bed.
