We booked 3 rooms through 3 different parties with booking.com
Upon arrival, 1 of the 3 rooms was "mysteriously " not on the system according to Larissa @ desk. After further investigating. it appeared to have been an error on your staff end. WE ALSO LEARNED THAT HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT A DAILY DUTY. The lady at front desk , Anna was NOT pleasant. She was more concerned with watching wnba games and on her cell phone rather than assisting guests with questions/request!

It was next to a great Brewery and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Negatives:
Room was not fresh and clean. Dried up ketchup is what it looked like was dried up on the wall. Chase in room was horribly dirty and needed steaming. Shower had hair in it. I was told by the front desk person to ask the staff person over house cleaning myself about cleaning my room after I requested our room to be cleaned. She also told me they only clean rooms every 3 days. The front desk person was very unprofessional and lackadaisical.

There was mold in the shower. The coffee was terrible. The food was cold at breakfast as soon as they brought more eggs out. The cups for juice were so small that I saw everyone getting 2 and 3 cups for themselves. The a/c in the room either shut off or when it kicked on. It blew so hard you froze.

The lady working the front desk on Thursday, 5/30/2024 was technically efficient yet no customer service, no customer options, no empathy - only would tell me was that all rooms will be available at check in.
