It’s was so perfectly comfortable

During the night I woke up to someone trying to get into my room. They physically had a key card to get into the room thank goodness the safety latch was on! The police were called and the company denied me a refund.

Diana was friendly and helped us sort through our problem at the time it occurred.

We checked into two rooms for two nights for the eclipse. The rooms smelled musty, smoky, and old, but appeared clean. Until my niece went to lay in the bed for the evening, only to discover there was URINE soaked through the sheets and into her pajama bottoms!! The sheets were rank, still wet and smelled disgustingly of urine!! Gross!!! We called downstairs and asked for another room entirely. The person at the desk was able to find a single room so my two nieces and my daughter had to stay in a separate room from me and my mom and other children. At this point we had three rooms. The person at the desk assured me that the following day we would be able to get another room and also assured me that we would be reimbursed for that room for the first night. Fine. The following day I told my story to Diana, who was extremely helpful and friendly, and the manager who was also helpful at the time assuring me that they would have a room for us when we came back in the evening and that I would be reimbursed for that first night. We checked out of the single room and the room with urine and had to crowd everything into the other room that we occupied. When we came back, we were given another room, great, and again was assured we would be reimbursed. I told the manager that I wanted the money returned to the card that I used to put the $100 incidental deposits (required for both rooms). He sort of waved me off and told me he would make sure it was taken care of. When we checked out on Monday April 8th, he told me it would be taken care of. I called the hotel on Thursday, April 11th, and was assured AGAIN that the money would be returned. Here it is April 16th, a full week after we have checked out, there's no email confirming that the money was returned, nothing pending in my bank and no return processed. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I want a refund for the ONE ROOM for the ONE NIGHT due to URINE BEING SOAKED IN THE BEDSHEETS!

I booked and prepaid my reservation for a king suite with living room for 3 ppl. Upon checkin I was told our room was given to another party and the only room available was a standard queen bed with no living room, no suite!

We were forced to take the room they had left or not get a room. I was told we would receive a refund but the manager was not there and if I called him he would issue the refund. I called 5 times and no answer and no return call. I never received a refund
