Positives:
It was a Conrad hotel. The name is carrying the Indianapolis downtown location. It still carries 5-star characters of that, regarding what the hotel offers or activities (Restaurant, Spa, Valet Parking, etc.).
Negatives:
The room could have been cleaner. Especially regarding the bathroom. The flooring in the bathroom was horrible. We had to place towels on the floor because they had stains. Just not what we come to know from the Conrad Hotel. This particular one has gone down tremendously. I was embarrassed actually. The toilet ran constantly all night. I tried to download it while doing so. The vent was also exposed which was filthy.

The rooms are a little outdated. Can't connect my device chargers to the antiquated lamps at all. Needed to run extension cord.

This is definitely a first class hotel in a prime downtown location.

We would say the beds need an upgrade. There were no USB ports for charging in the room. The lamps had only electrical outlets in the base (that were so old/overused it was hard to keep the plug in) along with jacks for old style cat-5 cables! Cheap TP

The beds, the coffee with oat milk and almond milk offered in the lobby and the bath/body toiletries offered in the room.
Negatives:
The valet parking is $60 per day which is steep. They don't have a self park option so you have to go looking for a garage yourself. Also, if you come late at night, you better have a digital key because we buzzed the door so many times and no one came.
