Crusty filthy faucets, heavily dripping shower head, no shower curtain, dirty kitchenette counter, dust on all furniture, dried leaves in the bedding, floor not swept or mopped, unattractive hallways look like a crime movie. And worst of all, my service dog was attacked by a raccoon alongside the parking lot! Never coming back.

The employee was not on site in the office was supposed to be open. I waited 30 minutes for him to show up and then he said I could not rent a room. He had no reason and I had booked online on he was extremely rude and would not explain why my reservation was no good.
Negatives:
The employee's bad attitude and would not tell me why my reservation was no good. He never even looked at the reservation he talked to me outside before I had a chance to come in. Once I entered he was behind the counter in the office with the door closed talking through the door and would not open the door and look at the reservation. I would like my money back and two free nights at the state extended motel of my choice. And I would like that employee fired.

The staff was very rude. I made the booking on line. When I got there it was 10pm, the front deck guy was not there and left a sign out to use instructions to call for help. We called 3 times with no answer finally on the 4th call I got someone but they were not from the hotel and called the hotel front desk guy they came back on the phone and told me someone would be there in a few minutes. I waited about an hour until a man arrived. This front desk guy was so rude to us. I booked a 2 bed room he was telling me I could only get a single bed because that was all they had. Which would do for my family of 4.Needless to say we left and went to a different hotel.

It was quiet. Our room didn't initially have a shower curtain and we didn't have enough towels for all of the registered guests but we got those items upon asking
Negatives:
The refrigerator was rusty, we were unable to fully turn off the bathtub faucet so it ran all night, if you walked barefoot in the room the bottoms of your feet got dirty, the walls were dirty, beds were uncomfortable.

The property was okay. The bed was very small I was kinda surprised by that but everything else looked cleaned. We checked the bathroom, bed and kitchen it looked pretty well. I was checking in and the front desk was being told off by a customer how dirty this room was. Luckily my room was spotless. It’s not a bad place if u stay 1/2 nights. I will say house keeping will keep knocking at 11:10 although you tell them I’m coming. That’s a lil rude especially when the same lady had us waiting at the front desk lol.
