They didn’t have my room assigned..the second front desk person was rude the one first one at check in was nice but no rooms was available .. up charge when I had a reservation thru booking .com the hotel was trying to scam me .. I was in lobby for for two hours .. if u had the reservation WHY NOT assign the room because u guys want MORE money for room don’t use 3rd party company then..very sad

The house keeper talked to my son rude .. air don’t work .. bed was hard as rock ..the fold out bed was dirty .. the front desk clerk sun morning was rude when I told what happened she acted more RUDE .. was like and what do u want me to do..I’m pissed off to the maximum…I couldn’t get late check out .. phone in room didn’t wok !!!!!!!!

Other than location, everything was wrong. They pretty much have tenants that live there. The building is poorly maintained. I'm sure they try to clean, but the sticky floors, stained carpets, moldy smell, beat-up kitchenettes, and peeling floors in the bathroom were unacceptable. I brought a total of 5 families with me, each reserving a room with a pull out couch.. I am so embarrassed. Only two of the pull out couches worked. One didn't even have a mattress. They were unable to change my friends room (I reserved the room for them)
The rest had mattresses with disgusting stains.
The staff: We arrive late at 11:05pm. Apparently, the front desk staff left and left the front desk to a man who was clearly high. The smell of Marijuana was repulsive, especially with my young children. When checking in, he told me he doesn't know much because he is usually the laundry guy. Come to find out, most of the workers are somehow misplaced, and they all take turns at the desk?
I have used booking.com many times and have left nothing but great reviews. This, on the other hand was unacceptable.
