Didn't get much chance to enjoy the facility because we were coming in late, around 10 pm, and needed to be at the airport by 630am. But...
Negatives:
I called before booking to confirm that there was an airport shuttle and was told that it was available*"24 hours**.
However, when I arrived an hour later, the manager said 3 am was the only opening he had!!!! A pretty important detail he forget to mention while selling the booking. So dishonest and deceitful! So no free breakfast, very little sleep...
Just a really poor way to treat regular customers.
Lessons learned. Don't trust hotel managers, always confirm everything right down to the details. And the Hampton Inn isn't always the place you can trust.

The carpet in the room...
Positives:
We got there at 10 and left at 8:30 the next morning and so we just left there and we were on a group sales trips and breakfast was being provided for us so we did not utilize the continental breakfast. It was nice and clean and loved the water in the room.
Negatives:
I don’t really have any comments on this, except that there is literally nowhere to park more than one car and took out two spaces. Literally not one space to park even far away and had to go across the way to another hotel to park, I parked near the front where I wouldn’t be in the way but not a legal parking space
