For $---/night my expectations were high and this hotel fell short in every level except the location and some of the staff. In particular the valet parking and luggage attendants were extremely courteous and helpful. They were fantastic!

For the price we paid $---/night we certainly had high expectations. There were no trash bags for the only trash can, the soap dispenser was broke, &?the shower door would not stay shut. The front desk staff were not friendly and seemed to be aggravated!

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant waitress provided great service at breakfast and we looked forward to seeing her each morning. She was helpful with information about shopping in the area and local history. The lobby air fragrance is superb.
