Breakfast tends to get busy and there is no place to sit for several guests. Perhaps they should increase the breakfast hours or figure out additional seating

The location was amazing and staff was very kind! The booking and check-in process was very easy. The rooms were very nice and had a nice view of the downtown canal.
Negatives:
The parking was a little confusing, it said on the hotel page that parking was included but ended up needing to pay since their parking is through a third party, that would have been great to know in advance.
