Negatives: No complaints!

Negatives: There was no information about what could been found to do in Indianapolis, the many interesting places to visit or where one could eat in the area. I didn't see any information about what TV channels were available. I was looking forward to seeing the many sites Indianapolis has to offer. I think the cost of having my car there overnight is way too much. It adds another $100.00 to my cost.

Negatives: nothing

Negatives: Elevators were kind of a pain

Negatives: We were very pleased.

Negatives: We arrived just after our listed check in time. We waited over and hour, with a tired fussy 2 year old and myself pregnant, for our room which we were told would only be a few minutes.We only got a room after waiting that long because I stood in line two more times to ask it it was ready yet, after watching at least 20 other parties check in and get their rooms immediately. We were given a different room since ours was not ready apparently. The phone was not charged at first so I had to walk back down to the desk to inquire about the bath tub I was told we were getting for my 2 year old. After standing in line, again, I was told no rooms have bath tubs. Our room had a great view of the parking garage where the cars racing up and down the streets all night echoed directly into our room and kept me up all night. Once I returned to our room from the bath tub question we received a family emergency call. By this time our room phone had some charge so I called down to ask about changing our reservation to one night rather than 2. I was told no problem, can handle it at check out in the morning. I decided, to be certain, to go to the desk and handle it then. The first gentleman I spoke with was helpful and went change my reservation. While he was speaking to me he was interrupted by Francis, saying he could not change the reservation. Rather than speak to me, Francis only spoke to the other worker. I attempted to ask Francis who I needed to talk to and showed him my message from booking.com saying it was at the hotels discretion to edit our stay. He said,, "That would be me." When I asked if he would assist he responded "I am busy with this line". Mind you I had waited in line myself, yet again and there was 1 person behind me at this time. I waited, in line again. Francis did not reach out to me. I had to approach him after standing in NO LINE for 4 minutes, and ask if he was able to assist now.

Negatives: Would have been good to get checked into our room before the game but we understand the time constraint. Storing luggage was helpful.

Negatives: Parking is too expensive

Negatives: I thought the room was on the far too expensive side and the price for parking seemed high.
