We got to the hotel and it was horrible so horrible that we just didn't go in. It was that bad. Then I had to lose my money that I paid for a room that and not thru my own fault.

I liked the price of $85 since this was a last minute booking for work and the online photos made it look clean. With the Pink concert going on, all downtown prices were $300-$500 a night. I've stayed in small motels for $50 deals through booking.com that were cleaner than what I encountered
Negatives:
Showed up, took 30 mins to get checked in cause employee was nowhere to be found. A baby shower was going on in a conference room and I had to ask a party goer if they'd seen an employee, she must've worked there or had connections cause she was on her phone and told them you have guests trying to check in, then told me "ok they're gonna call the employee" before someone came out. Once my ID & card was taken I was informed NO HOT WATER. With a no refund policy and it getting late I had no choice but to accept the room just so I could get to my job unshowered. (I'm a musician for hire) The room (suppose to be non-smoking) smelled like a mildew ashtray and got worse with the air turned on telling me the filter hadn't been changed. One wall had what looked like wiped feces on it, one wall had what looked like dried blood on it including a hand towel with dried blood drops on it, lampshade had mold or algae on it, carpet was sticky with stains, the chair in the room has a huge greasy stain on it. The phone/bed side table has what I hope is dried lotion on it. The only reason I gave a rating of 2 is because you could smell the sheets were at least clean so I napped at the end of my job for 3 hours sitting up in bed then took off the moment I could. I have pictures for proof. I legit took a 2 hour bath when I got home.
