Everyone says the breakfast. It was the staff. They managed with what they got during the crazy indy 500 event.
Negatives:
Room had a few discrepancies. Tub clogged, desk light fixtures not working, pool closed on memorial day wknd. Even though it's a non smoking hotel. Much smoke was smelled

Positives:
It is at check in. The front desk person is super nice and friendly and always remembers my name which makes my visit a great one. He always makes sure that I am happy with the room and if not he is quick .
Negatives:
Try and make sure to check the couch in the rooms. If dirty spots please clean. Most of the time it looks like food mess that a rag and cleaning solution would take care of.

Ants every where in room, breakfast was lacking...room not very clean; no kleenex in room,

The hotel was a little outdated, but the rooms were clean enough.
Negatives:
Room was never cleaned. Breakfast ended at 9am, but food was gone by 8:15. My reservation was given to someone else, and they couldn't change names in the computer so my room was under someone elses name, and someone I dont know was under my name.

The staff was very good.

It was not being maintained. Curtains were torn. The telephone did not work. The chair in the room has lost its plastic cover. It looked awful. The shade of the light by the door was on the counter.

The toilet wobbled at the floor when you sat Dawn on it.
