The facility is sub par, unclean, urine odor , stains on floor, chair peeling & towels old and worn. This is A $39.99 room which would weed out a lot of hard working people. Sheets are dingy. Needs complete remodeling. The only reason I chose this property is because all other hotels were sold out. A working class person cannot afford a room for 1 night in the price range of $289.00 & up per night. So a $100.00 per night ROOM is fairly reasonable for what you expected a CLEAN, SAFE ROOM. THIS PROPERTY CHARGED THAT RATE FOR A $39.99 ROOM. WHICH I WOULD NOT EVEN LOOKED INTO. They charge a $50.00 deposit on top of the regular room rate that they HOLD FOR 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. WHY?????? This charge should be removed/dropped at check out. Claiming the bank is responsible for hold!!!!! What type of accounting software are they using that this $50.00 deposit cannot be removed @ check out????? The room was paid in FULL 1 DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL BECAUSE THAT WAS Their POLICY. So essentially you have been charged $150.00 per night for horrible accommodations OH AND BUGS WERE IN THE ROOM I SHOULD HAVE LED WITH THAT FIRST. BOOKING.COM REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR LIST. I will be exploring other sites after this because booking.com you listed this property as clean and pleasant.

That was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. People yelling outside at night. It somewhat served its purpose as a quick sleepover but didn’t even sleep well. Won’t revisit.

This motel is in a good location for easy on and off access to the interstate and places south of Indianapolis.
There was good water pressure in the shower.
