I booked ur hotel thru booking.com which ur hotel is on the no deposit list so I get there n tht tell me it's a 125$ deposit I explained to them I dnt have that n u are in the no deposit list . So they denied us to stay even tho it's clearly not the customers fault there's false advertisement so I couldn't get money refunded nor stay in a room I had to sleep in a car

It’s not at all clean. There are stains on pillows and blankets. I found bed bugs on the bed and cockroaches in the bathroom. Carpet and the floor is wet. Will not recommend this place to anyone. I never saw 5$ fee on credit cards. They charged 5$ fee on the bill and 5$ fee on security deposit too.
